Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us subject to stock availability at the stated prices, and subject to your payment having been received by us in full. We require full payment for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received by us, we will send an e-mail to your stated e-mail address to confirm our acceptance of your order. Upon acceptance of your order, dispatch will be arranged to your address. Completion of the contract between you and Suzie Turner will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is concluded in London, England, and the contract language is English.

Prices are conducted in GBP. The GBP price of an item is inclusive of UK VAT. If you are buying from outside the UK, in addition to our delivery charge, you may incur duties and taxes levied by the country to which you have specified delivery of your order.

Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be dispatched from by our contracted courier company. Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

The goods which you order will be insured by us or by our agents while in transit and up to the point of delivery to your address. You will be asked to sign for the goods on arrival at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

We will aim to fulfil your orders to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
